Geological faculty of Moscow State University graduates will travel 30,000 miles in search of unique energy subjects

July 3, 2013 in St. Petersburg kicks off a new phase of the youth program "Energy of Adventure", established by the Nonprofit Partnership "Global Energy". Six geological faculty of Moscow State University alumni will travel 30,000 miles by car with solar panels for 75 days, the route includes a visit to the unique energy facilities.

GEP Award Ceremony

The Prize will be awarded by the president of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The ceremony will take place on June, 21-st 2013 at Lenexpo, hall 7-1. The ceremony will begin at 10-30 AM. The prize comes with a total USD 1.2 million (RUB 38 million) endowment to help laureate honorees fund future research projects. It is the largest energy research grant of its kind in the world.
