The Global Energy Prize annually honors outstanding achievements in energy research and technology from around the world that are helping address the world’s various and pressing energy challenges.

Global Energy gains international recognition: one of its programs wins prestigious IPRA Golden World Awards.

The Energy of Youth all-Russian contest of youth research projects in the field of energy established by The Global Energy Non-Profit Partnership received a highly respected award in the sphere of mass communications, IPRA Golden World Awards. The Energy of Youth Program was recognized as The Best NGO Campaign of The Year.
As reported by the President of The Global Energy NPP Igor Lobovsky: “The Energy of Youth has been stimulating young Russian scientists for new breakthroughs and bringing fresh innovative ideas into  the energy sector of our country for the last 12 years. Scientists and specialists under 35 years old compete for 1 million rubles grants given to continue their research. As a recall, over the last 12 years, 191 young scientists from 43 research centers have received the grant. The total amount of allocated funds is RUB 35.5 million. I`m pleased that the international jury of IPRA Awards appreciated our initiative. By the way, The Energy of Youth might become international in the nearest future – we`re working on it”.

IPRA Golden World – is a prestigious annual award, established by the International Association of Public Relations (IPRA). It is awarded to the best communication cases of the planet. The IPRA headquarters is located in London. The award aims to develop professional communication, to find the best professionals of the industry and to present the outstanding PR-projects at the international level. IPRA Golden World Awards, along with Cannes Lions, Global SABRE Awards, Gold Quill Awards, is included into the national rating of communication companies with the highest grading (A class).

The application of The Global Energy NPP was filed together with its global communications partner, the international PR-Agency FleishmanHillard Vanguard.
